Initially the Organization was a Proprietary Concern. Our parent, Lt. Manindra Roychowdhury himself was the Proprietor of this organization. Our family background and the practice of medicine in support of the equipped know how from the experience of ancestral goodwill has been continuing since 1938 .

Our father was able to make himself a chemist by self practice with the different Research Works at homely environment. Thereby , he was allotted the Drug License in the year 1975 on an application duly forwarded to the authority. Within the few years , our father became one well-known chemist in the production and distribution of the medicine, though it was confined within limited number of products viz, Potentised Medicine, Mother Tincture, Bio ? Chemic and Bio- Combination etc. , as per approval of the authority i.e. Directorate of Drugs Control W. B. Kolkata.
